💸 Refund Policy – Digital Products & Online Memberships (Estate Visionaries Hub)

At Estate Visionaries Hub (EVH), we are committed to providing exceptional value through our digital training programs, webinars, live mentorship, and memberships.
Because all our offerings are digital in nature and immediate access is provided upon enrollment, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.

🔹 1. Nature of Digital Products

All EVH programs — including courses, masterclasses, challenges, memberships, and live training sessions — are digital products.
Once payment is completed, users gain access to:

Recorded or live sessions,

Exclusive EVH learning portal,

Downloadable resources,

Private Telegram/WhatsApp groups, and

Special mentorship or community access.

Because value is delivered instantly and digitally, refunds cannot be processed once access is granted.

🔹 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided in limited and genuine cases, as listed below:

✅ Duplicate Payment:
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same transaction, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount within 7–10 business days.

✅ Technical Issue (Access Failure):
If you face a technical issue on our side that prevents you from accessing your purchased program (and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 working days of your complaint), you will receive a full refund.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase.

You decided not to attend the live session or didn’t complete the course.

You expected guaranteed income or results.

You purchased during a discounted or promotional offer marked as non-refundable.

🔹 3. Event or Webinar Tickets

All paid and free webinar registrations are non-refundable once confirmed.
However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, you may request a seat transfer or re-scheduling to another live session (subject to availability and at our discretion).

🔹 4. Subscription or Membership Renewals

For EVH membership programs that involve monthly or annual renewals, you may cancel your renewal anytime before the next billing date.
You will continue to have access to all benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
Partial refunds for ongoing cycles will not be provided.

🔹 5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions above:

Include your full name, transaction ID, payment receipt, and refund reason.

Our support team will review your case within 3–5 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
